1. About Osooli
Osooli ("we", "us", "our") is a personal net-worth tracking tool operated by Ahmad Abu Shirbi, based in the UAE. By creating an account and using Osooli, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Not Investment Advice
Osooli is a tracking and organisation tool only. Nothing on this platform — including portfolio summaries, news coverage descriptions, purification calculations, or AI-generated summaries — constitutes investment advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. All decisions are yours alone. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.
4. Subscription Plans
Osooli offers a free plan and a Pro plan. The free plan includes limited positions per asset class. Pro plan pricing and features are described on the pricing page. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, use the service for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the service’s operation.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep Osooli available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, data errors, or third-party data provider outages (e.g. market price feeds).
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
